It is impossible for me to tell you about not just web design without telling you about me. So here comes the story.

I loved art since I can remember. In high school art was my savior from the peer pressures of those teen years.

When I graduated high school, my mom had me go to a 4 year college.  Well, I did, I attended Rutgers in New Brunswick and wasn't very happy there.  They had very little to offer in the art field.  They offered fine arts, painting, figure drawing or photography.  I wanted graphics and advertising.  In the olden days that was it for the art field unless you were in a school that art was their field.

After a year my mom gave in and let me go to an art school.  I transferred to Ridgewood School of Art and Design. This was a small private school in Ridgewood, NJ. All the teachers were from Pratt and FIT and professionals in the art field. It was before the day of computers and online schools. It was in the day that if you were late for class 3 times you went down a grade. It was a time of paste-ups and ruby-lithe, a time of press type and overlays. Things that a few of us still remember.

When the computer age came around, I went to Milo School of Graphics to learn computers.  What a foreign notion this was.  Computers to set type! To do layouts on! How very strange and very interesting and a very unknown territory to me.

Lucky me, I found a job using computers and the programs I learned.  I worked in the print industry for 15+years when I became unemployed. So I returned to school again. This time to learn a new foreign language. . . "The Internet".  I don't know about you, but how all this amazing happenings happen was like a foreign language to me.  I guess in some ways it still is.  This time I went to Crestech and took up web design. I figured that is the way of the future.

Still unable to find a position that I would be happy in, I started freelancing.  This gave me the opportunity to be available for family when the need was there.

And not just web design was created.

Now that you know some of what makes me tick it is my desire to create for you. If you are looking for something original, an idea that has been floating around in your mind and you would love to see it come to life then you found the right person to make it happen.

That is how Sportathon started. (www.sportathon.com) A friend had a vision for years.  When I was in Crestech learning web design I called him up and asked if he wanted to bring his idea to life. (I wanted to make a website that was real, while learning how to do it)

Now you can see the process of a vision coming to life!

That was the beginning!

We also created all the logos, booklets, flyers, signs, business cards
and anything else that was needed for Sportathon.
All works are original designs from a vision.

So that is why not just web design does it all!

If you need a sign we will design it for you. If you desire just a logo it will be created for you.  If you want it all, say no more it will be done.
